The One Room REDesign– Floor plan for one room*, mood board, room coordinated paint colors, shopping list for 8-10 items, and 1 revision. $750
The Mini REDesign– A mood board, room coordinated paint colors and shopping list of 6-8 items. $500
Add Ons– 3D RayTrace/Photorealistic Renderings: $100 Each View. Bundle: 3 Views- $200. 5 Views- $250.

How does this all work? How do we get started?
First step is easy… contact me via the form at the bottom OR check out contact options on the CONTACT section of my pages.
After the initial contact- we’ll set up a quick 15 minutes phone conversation OR we will exchange an email about your design project- whatever works best for YOU!
After we have determined what services/products are the best fit for you, I will send you an invoice, which will be payable by Paypal or check. Note: No services or products will be provided until payment has been made in full or the payment terms we discuss.
Let us begin. I’ll provide you with a design questionnaire; you’ll provide me with a few inspiration photos; instructions on how to measure your space along with photos; and the initial design consultation.
Give me time (so you don’t have to waste YOUR precious time). It will usually take 2-3 weeks for lead time, but always check with me first. 😉 Especially due to our ongoing villain- COVID-19!
Delivery time! All digital materials will be delivered to your email. After reviewing, we will set up a quick reveal phone call (or email) to go over any changes/revisions. If any revisions are made, I will discuss the next delivery date of revised materials.
Now you have a customized design plan and you CAN. GET. IT. DONE! Yeah!!

BUT, WHAT IF….
“What if I don’t like the layout and/or options you provide for my project?” Never fear! Most of my design packages include at least one revision- some packages include more. I need you to be as forthcoming as possible with information up front and that’s why I include a design questionnaire and initial consult. I like getting it right the first time, but we can discuss what happened if you aren’t happy with the options I provided (so we can get it right with the next revision!).
“What happens if there are product/installation delays?” Unfortunately, right now with the ongoing pandemic, product delays are happening frequently. That’s why I communicate right away if that’s an issue- so we can either wait it out or reselect. It is very important if you are provided with a quote/shopping list that you purchase the items quickly due to back orders/out of stock. We all need patience right now. J Yeahhhh!
